How to backup/restore Polycom Group Series configuration
In order to download your device configuration you'll need to login to the web server first.
- Open your favorite browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
- Navigate to the IP address of your Polycom device (Group Series)
- In the search Bar in the top left corner, start typing 'Profile'
- Select 'Profile Center' in the drop down menu
- In the right pane, click 'Download'
