How to backup/restore Polycom Group Series configuration

How to backup/restore Polycom Group Series configuration

In order to download your device configuration you'll need to login to the web server first.
  1. Open your favorite browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
  2. Navigate to the IP address of your Polycom device (Group Series)

  1. In the search Bar in the top left corner, start typing 'Profile'
  2. Select 'Profile Center' in the drop down menu
  3. In the right pane, click 'Download'
