• Click on 'settings'
• At the very bottom click on 'all settings' or '...'
• Under Picture --> Picture Mode --> Select <Standard>
• Right Below Set Energy saving --> Off
• Go back under General --> SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) --> Check to enable
• Exit the settings menu
  
  

You'll need to access the admin mode on the display. To do so:

• Press and hold the 'Settings' button on the remote.
• You'll see the sidebar show up, then disappear. Keep the settings button pressed until you see the top banner showing on which input you are.
• Once the banner shows up, use the keypad to type 1-1-0-5 + 'OK' or 'ENTER' (depending on the remote)
• If you succeed, the public display settings menu will show up.
•  Turn on 'Public display settings'
• Under 'Power on status', set to 'PWR'
• Under 'Power management' set to 'Off'
• Go back to 'General'-->'Power Saving'-->100 Off
• Exit 'Public display settings'
