1. Open your browser and navigate to your Polycom Trio IP address (ex: 192.168.1.231)
   
2. Enter the Admin password ("456" = default password)
   
   
   
   
3. Utilities --> Software Upgrade
   
   
   
4. Click on "Check for software upgrade"
5. Scroll down and select the latest version
6. Click "Install"
   
   
   

You will notice, on the top right corner of the phone, a circling icon that indicate update currently in progress. (No progress bar is visibe). The device will reboot twice once complete you can go back on your browser to verify that the update was successful.
